Freegal is a web based music service that the Menomonie Public Library offers. With access to the Sony Music Entertainment Catalog, Freegal offers hundreds of thousands of songs, over 100 genres of music and more than 50 record labels, all without having to download software or have any digital rights management (DRM) issues to deal with. Our license agreement with the provider allows our cardholders to download three (3) songs per week and create a wishlist for future downloads. Download songs and transfer to your IPod or MP3 player, they are yours to keep. Access to Freegal is limited to Menomonie Public Library cardholders.
