March 25th TAB minutes
Attendance: Hailey, Maia, Holland (new member)

Programs for this summer were finalized, they will be:
Cake Decorating
Zumba
Altered Books
Food Fear Factor
Avatar: the last airbender (anime) (this will coincide with the release of the movie)
T-shirt makeovers and magazine bowls
New and improved water games
We will be designing our flyers and decorating the teen area with waves, beach balls, and fish
Summer book club titles:
June 24th Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
July 25th I know what you did last summer by Lois Duncan
August 5th The Alchemist: the secrets of the immortal Nicholas Flamel by Michael Scott
Nothing was decided for the lock-in.
May event: Hailey is taking charge of the MORP party, she will look into getting a D.J, and we have decided to go with a Robin Hood theme to coincide with the release of the movie.
TAB officers were elected:
President: Brendan
Responsibilites: The President will be responsible for making an agenda for each meeting (with the library staff), leading the meetings, and acting as the contact person for other members who have ideas to add the the agenda.
Vice-President: Hailey
Responsibilites: The Vice President will serve as membership coordinator, keeping track of nominations, seats filled, etc. The VP will fill-in when the president is missing. He or she will also act as publicist, making sure publicity is distrubuted to newspapers, posters made, and displayed in appropriate places.
Secretary: Holland
Responsibilities: The Secretary will keep attendance records at the meetings, record minutes and electronically distribute them to TAB members, serve as fill-in when the president and vice president are both missing and remind all members of upcoming meetings.
New Officers will be elected in the spring of each year.
Hailey and Brendan will be putting together a video tour of the library to be used in the middle school. The premier is scheduled for the end of summer.
